I was initially happy with their work. They explained all the problems with the drains and gave me an accurate estimate. They finished the work in a timely and professional manner.

The issue is that the work was done in the winter when the ground was frozen and snow covered. I have spoke to them several times in the past 3 weeks now that the ground is thawed and have been given dates they would come out and repair the groundwork. I have several holes in the yard, one being almost 3 feet deep. I have been scheduled for repairs but to date they have not been done. I'm told each time that they encountered a job that took longer than expected.

If they do the repairs I will come back and amend this review. But at this time could not recommend this company.

"I was notified as they departed for our house and I instructed where the tank was located. This was great for me as I was running other errands before they arrived.  When I got home the operator was wrapping up.  We have a small tank by today's standards so it didn't take very long to pump.
The operator was very courteous and diligent in regards to cleaning up any spillage that is common in this process.  No worries.
This was the second time we've used them and they'll be on our list for years to come. 
Ironically, one of my errand stops has used Max's for over 30 years and had recently had service performed at their house by the same driver that was heading to my residence.  That was an unexpected boost that we had chosen correctly!

"I hired this company to repair rusted/locked garbage disposal as water was backing up from dishwasher draining. The garbage disposal was replaced, but not long after the same situation happened. Thus, I had another company simply remove the garbage disposal. The most annoying aspect of this whole thing was the tech putting Mr. Rooter stickers on every component he could find - the garbage disposal, water heater (in garage), and fuse box (in laundry room)!"
