"HVAC servicing and thermostat replacement"

"I called Pillar and they answered immediately. I asked them to schedule a service call for a check-up for my office unit. Quinton came out professional dressed came right in and got started. He told me he would recommend the service plan for my business so they could keep an eye on my unit to reduce any breakdowns. I was very impressed about his professionalism and knowledge of the equipment. I now have a peace of mind getting ready for the summer months Bill Roberts CEO Bill Roberts Electrical, Inc. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Great service. They did the work I needed done and nothing more. I will return to Summit with all my HVAC needs."

"Amazing service! I initially contacted them to get a competitive quote and a second opinion to compare to another local company. They showed up quickly and were very thorough. They also explained the costs to repair my older unit versus replacing it, but without pressuring me towards either decision. I ended replacing the unit due to the age of mine and due to the reputation and ratings of the HVAC units he installs. I would recommend calling them before making any decisions about HVAC work. Additionally, do some homework/research on the lower quality units that some companies are installing. It is likely that you will end up choosing AC Denco for your service or your new unit (if needed). Dennis impressed me as being very honest and knowledgeable. One of the best companies I have dealt with, for any service, in recent years. THANKS AGAIN!"

"Tim was very professional, and timely . Repair and call out rate was very fair . I did need a new Gas valve installed to repair. Tim pulled the part and ordered right away, soon as part was in he picked up a supplier and returned to complete repair. Will be calling again next time I need HVAC Service."

"Jeff came by to check our basement and crawl space after we had noticed a small amount of water. He told us that we were not to a point to where his services were needed, and he gave us the resources to price out getting some maintenance things done instead. There is no doubt that we would use AAA in the future!
