"We had a Burnham boiler that developed a crack (apparently they are notorious for doing so). It was spewing water all over our basement every time it turned on. Mike came over promptly and assessed the situation, giving us several options. We could have gone with a less expensive boiler, but chose a higher efficiency one as well as a new hot water tank (since ours was about 14 years old) and new connections. The installation took all day and into the evening with Mike and his partner working virtually non-stop. He also vacuumed up five gallons of water from our basement.
