"I have an appointment for him to come this year. I only use him once a year. About this time of year I call him. I have a double and some of my windows are giant windows. Some of the windows are screen so he does not do all the window. He is very reasonable that's why I call him. He only lives around the corner from me so I don't know if that's the reason but I am not questioning it. He is very nice. I call him and make an appointment because sometimes he is very busy. When I call him I ask if he can come within a week. But if he is not easy he will come within 2 or 3 days. This time I waited a week which I do not care. Price is reasonable. He knows what he is doing. He has to use a ladder. I leave him a message and some times I have to wait a day for him to call me back but I know he will call me back. He comes very early like 8 in the morning. It is always very early in the morning. He is very nice, very nice. I have been using him for years. He use to be cheaper but I do not complain. I am very happy with him that is why I call him every year."

I contacted Exquisite construction about an Angie's list Big Deal to replace the fuse box in my house with a breaker box.

Paul came to the house to assess the job and give a quote and actually gave me a better quote than the posted deal.

The technician (sorry, already forgot his name) showed up on time (actually a little early, which was great) and went right to work on the fuse box. We had to work together to identify which fuse was controlling what lights/rooms/appliances, etc. He was very patient with me while we sorted through them.

The job took a long time because the wires were 'like spaghetti' but he sorted it all out, switched them all out and labeled all the switches with what they controlled.  He also made sure I was not completely without power for any length of time

The addition of the light switch turned out to be a little more complicated than initially thought but according to the technician,,,'no big deal'. He took care of that easily.

Paul stopped in to check on the progress of the job and drop off some supplies. He was very pleased with the work (as was I).

When the job was done, the area was cleaned up thoroughly.
