"I called them on 15 January and was scheduled for an appointment between 2-2:30 on 16 January to have my chimney and fireplace cleaned. On the 16th I received a call around 1:40 and was told that the current job they were doing was taking longer than planned. They said they would be here around 4:00 and I agreed.  They showed up around 3:45 and started the work. They inspected the chimney and determined that it was in good condition and only the fireplace needed to be cleaned. The work was completed in a very reasonable time. The two men were friendly, courteous and professional. <br />"

They arrived on time,very nice, and didn't take long to tackle the problem, and they were very professional on what they did. "These guys turned the entire upstairs from unusable to comfortable. And, they made the upstairs and downstairs more energy efficient. When we started, I had a few doubts that it would be worth the investment. I'm writing this review more than a year after the work was completed... so we've been through all seasons. IT IS WORTH THE INVESTMENT. Not only is the upstairs now great (it was previously unusable due to improper insulation and other builder gaps... terribly hot in summer and uncomfortable in winter), but our electric bill is lower. In summer, what used to be a $500 utility bill is now more like a $300 utility bill. Incredible attention to detail, these guys are experts in their field. They do quality work, no shortcuts. They're serious about making meaningful changes that yield a return. Our family is feeling the difference in our house and in our wallet year round. We appreciate a job well done and would absolutely use this company again. (Note that there were some TVA eScore benefits available at the time our work was done, so that helped offset the cost a bit.)"

"He talked over my husband and I when we were speaking about what we wanted. He’s focus was on matters that don’t concern him instead of why we asked him to come out for a project we were ready to start as soon as next month. It seriously rubbed my husband and I the wrong way. Not listen to what we were need to have done for our house and taking down to us is never an options. Over it. Will never use his unprofessional services again."

"I have a pretty large wrap around driveway, approximately 1800 sq. ft., that originally was covered in gravel. I contacted Wigginton Concrete for an estimate and Eugene responded in a very timely manner. We scheduled an appointment for him to come out a couple of days later where Eugene showed up at the exact time he promised and took measurements. He sent me the estimate just a few hours later. I found the estimate to be very reasonable so we moved forward with the job. Eugene had originally quoted that the job would take approximately 2 to 3 days. On the first day of the job Eugene and his crew showed up at 8:30 am, as promised, and began the work and by the end of the day my entire driveway was poured. The day after Eugene and his crew came back and completed a detailed clean up, completing the job ahead of schedule. - I am thoroughly impressed with Eugene and his entire crew. They all were very polite, professional and very efficient in their time management. I would recommend Wigginton Concrete and will most definitely hire them again should a need arise."

"During the July storms, we had a tree fall on our home and did a lot of damage which opened up the access to our attic. We phoned Coopertown first thing before calling the contractors to ensure that any wildlife could not get into the attic. They immediately came out and made a plan to prevent any wildlife from coming inside the home and eradicate any possibility of them entering or staying in the attic. Alex Anderson, Certified Lead Technician, came and worked very hard during the hot weather to do what was needed to close up and resecure our home from any wildlife. Alex was very empathetic, friendly, and professional. He then returned after the new roof and fascia boards were installed to seal and reseal any possible areas that vermin might enter the attic space.
