"Better than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). "The electrician had an assistant in training as an apprentice working with him in installing a new panel box. The check was paid, and the work was not properly installed according to code and the inspections, which were numerous. Wires were not correct, and service was disconnected over three weeks and now service has remained cut off at present. The tenant has been without his home for over three weeks going on four weeks due to the service the electrician has demonstrated. Now I as forced to hire another electrician and pay as if this is a new project. The job has now been turned over to a new electrician with more experience. I wish the turnout could have been better with the electrician and his assistant but presently his job has ended."
