Again, I was not consulted about the style of toilets."

He explained the settings on the new heater to us and was quick to respond to a call when we had a follow-up question. The heater has worked perfectly since and we are very glad we found Jordan. He will be our first call for any plumbing needs in the future. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a very pleasant person to deal with. Some service people in the past have made us feel stupid or like we are inconveniencing them by hiring them. Jordan was very nice and seemed genuinely happy to help us out. "
