After trying what she recommended, she scheduled Ben to come by between 11:00 and 1:00; he showed up at 11:20 and did the work. Ben was both professional and personable, very kind and very honest. Fuse needed replacement. Cost was $288.60 plus tax, which is what an internet search suggested it should cost. We're very satisfied and if we ever have any other appliance problems, we'll be calling Ben! Highly, highly recommended."
