"The two man crew included the a project coordinator, Brad, as well as Oscar. They we neat, clean, cheerful, on time, extremely helpful with suggested products for maintaining their work. Also, Brad was helpful in identifying a source for our kitchen backsplash which About Grout could patch in if we were to make a cutout in order to reach a communications junction box. Very satisfied--extremely satisfied!"

"I have used Ryan's restoration twice now when we have had water mishaps. They have been responsive in bringing out the huge fans to dry the carpet underneath and returned to make sure there was no moisture left before taking the fans away. They have also cleaned the carpet in a couple of rooms and did very good work.

"Disappointed. Sound Tile and Grout was on the pricer side and I definitely did not feel that I received what I paid for. Part of the initial install was done poorly (more joints than necessary, see picture) and required the provider to return to reinstall portions of the tile which I was charged extra for. The provider did not clean up at the end of each day nor was the area thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. The provider left pieces of tile on our front sidewalk and a track of dirt and debris down our stairwell. Grout haze was also not fully removed. At the end of the day the completed install did turn out well, but I would not recommend this company due to the above concerns."

"We have never cleaned the roof on our house. We bought it in 2009. I wasn't so much afraid of whether the company would do a good job of cleaning the roof, but more anxious about the potential mess from all that moss. Let's just say these guys did a really good job of cleaning up after themselves. I saw all the crud that came down the roof when they were doing all that power-washing. They cleaned up after themselves and needless to say, I will be a returning customer."

"Arrived on time and ready to work. fixed and sanded some chipped edges, replaced a failed seam. Then cleaned and sealed. Worked on a chipped piece in the bathroom countertop too. everything is sparkling like new."

"Todd is really easy to work with. He worked around our schedule. While doing the work our house stayed very clean and each time we came home it was essentially as if they were never there. The tile guy took 12 x 12 marble tile and cut, honed, and polished it into our specified dimensions. Todd also was able to creatively work around a few of our house's quirks. He does not have a plumber that he works with so we did have to get our own plumber which ended up costing us quite a bit. Overall, a painless kitchen redo for a reasonable price and fantastic results!"

"Joe arrived on time with an assistant.  They were pretty quick and professional.  My complaint is that they evidently couldn't remove a large spot, and instead of telling me, they covered it with a chair.  The carpet needed a good cleaning and Joe did a great job with the rest of the room."
