"I discovered that our A/C unit was not cooling properly.  On 7/5, I contacted All Temp and scheduled a service/ diagnostic appointment for 7/6.  The office staff was friendly and efficient.  Mike B. arrived within the appointment window and promptly inspected the unit.  He discovered that the contactor was bad and replaced it.  After replacing the part, Mike tested the pressure and temperature and confirmed everything was working properly.  Mike took the time to provide some helpful advice for keeping the unit operating at it's peak.  The entire appointment lasted approx. 30 minutes.  I have used All Temp in the past and would recommend them to friends and family.  In my experience, they have been honest, reliable and efficient.  I've never felt that a technician was trying to "sell me something."  A++ Rating.  *Only note is that I was expecting a call prior to technician arrival, but that's no big deal in my book!

"Dave Thomas was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve a noise issue after installation that no other tech had a solution for. I highly recommend Dave Thomas! Initial issue was misdiagnosed by the 1st tech costing me $450 and needing to call another tech out to address the existing problem and was told repair would cost thousands resulting in replacement equipment. Blower motor on new equipment was extremely loud after installation and neither the installers or 2 techs (including the original technician) could resolve the noise issue. Dave diagnosed quickly and remedied the problem the same day."

He also replaced our plumbing in our remodeled bath and kitchen. He has serviced our AC units which is very old and need to be replaced but he has kept them going for us for quite some time until we are ready to replace. Which when we are ready we will use him to do this. He is a full service mechanical technician that is trustworthy and very fair priced.
