"We had sudden change with our plumbing something was causing our washer and dishwasher to flood a utility sink in the basement. We had someone come out (Not Oopsie Daisy) and they told us that it was an extreme issue that was in the tens of thousands to fix, because foundation work was needed. We were recommended Oopsie Daisy Plumbing and Brandon came right out first think in the morning on a Saturday and it was a Holiday. He looked over the system and discovered it was a fairly simple and straightforward fix that he handled on the spot. Brandon was incredible. He was kind and understanding of the barking dogs, screaming children and overall disaster that was my home. He clearly explained the situation, and what he did to fix it. I highly recommend Oopsies Daisy Plumbing. Working in property management in the area I've worked with many plumbers over the years and finding a good reliable plumber has not been easy to say the least. Mike had the nerve to tell me "he was losing money this job." Well, Mike never checked the other areas Shawn had finished. I had to redo my kitchen plumbing 5 years and ago. I also have had to replace my shower tile due to the incompetence of this company. No apologies, or accountability for the disaster.
