"Frank was excellent to deal with. One of the things that impressed me most was his follow up to all the communications starting when I first contacted FBI about requesting a quote. After Frank promptly showed up to look at the job he provided a quote; on which he subsequently followed up to find out if I had any questions. Every email or phone call was responded to within 24 hours.
When I decided to award the job to FBI in mid-September, Frank told me that his schedule was such that he could probably do the work in late October or early November. While there was no specific need to get the job done sooner than that, I indicated my preference would be to get it done sooner before it got too cold or there was snow. I was pleasantly surprised when Frank contacted me in early October and asked if he could start the job a couple of days later, on Saturday. We agreed on the Saturday start date and he was finished on Monday.
The pricing was in line with a couple of other quotes I received. It was Frank's follow up and honest approach which made me decide on FBI; along with his rating on Angie's list and with the Better Business Bureau. Frank did some extra work for which he did not charge. I am satisfied with the work and would contact FBI again in the future for other roofing work.

"The crew showed up early on the date provided by Mr. Froais.  The gutters were cleaned; some of the new guards were installed, and they left the broken (replaced) ones for my inspection."

"We hired Cinderella to paint 5 rooms for us.  There was serious water damage in one area that the painters took extra care to repair and make sure the water stains did not shine through.  I had read a lot of great reviews for this company but there were a few that concerned us.  But after meeting the estimator, his professionalism, reasonable price and sincere desire to satisfy us we hired the company to do the job.  This was the best contractor decision we have ever made!  They worked with us to select just the right colors to flow between rooms.  They showed up on time.  They were curious and personable (if that's a word).  Perhaps the biggest thing, they respected our home and  our family.  We learned that they provide many other home services.  They gave us a very reasonable price to replace an old electrical panel that was rusted.  The electrician offered to do a quick safety inspection of our home  while he was there.  We found a bad (one of those plugs that kicks off by itself) in the half bath and he replaced at no charge.  Love these guys.  We are planning on having them pressure wash and re-stain our deck and maybe fix the siding on the garage once the weather turns warmer.  You can't please everybody but boy they sure pleased us!!!!

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
