"I own a rental property in Cleveland Ohio on 84th street. The house is a double, up and down. For 10 years after every heavy rain I got water in the basement. The water came from only two sides of the house, the side along the driveway and the back of the house. The property is rented out to section 8 tenants. This means that each unit is inspected once a year. For the last ten years I have been repainting the basement walls, bringing in dehumidifiers and blowers to dry the basement before each inspection so it would pass. One of the best advantage is the 5 year warrantee that covers everything and that is linked to the address, not to the name. So the warrantee is still valid for the new owner if you sell your house, or for the next tenant if you rent your place.  The tub look very professional.  The main issues were found upon close inspection, I am a detail freak. (1) The tub was apparently stripped by scraping leaving a surface with different depth at several places, just the thickness of the old coat, a fraction of a mm. So it looks refinished. (2) The surface is not completely smooth, and the texture is variable at places (spiculated). This is why I give a B+ for quality.  That said the bathroom look great, and I know that if I were to call the company they would most likely be glad to come to fix anything, and do any touch-up. They are very clear about this..

Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water.
