"Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist to the sales manager and installers were professional, friendly, & helpful. Our water softening system was installed within days of our purchase and has worked beautifully. We had some other work done in the area where the water softening system is and when they had to temporarily move the brine tank, they twisted the float, causing it to malfunction. When we discovered it and called Kinetico, they were here the same day to fix it. Not only did they sell their product for a good price, they provide great customer service after the sale. I highly recommend them."

"Excellent work. Great interaction with Shane. Would recommend to others. Additionally great water softening & RO technology by Kinetico."

"It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The floor sanders left my heat pump running while sanding. I replaced my duct filters three days in a row because they were filled with dust and debris. I needed help in a hurry, and Keith went out of his way to make it happen so my painters could arrive on time. I also had electrical work happening on the same day so the power was turned off. Keith went above and beyond to find a portable generator and complete the work. It was an all day job in the heat, and Keith got it done. My vent filters have been sparkling clean for the five days since he did the work. I highly recommend this company."

"Absolutely top notch company the owner brendan is the most thorough and professional individual in the industry. He made repairing my system a breeze walking through the whole job and the drive and benefits he has for veterans was all more the reason I went with freedom heating and air. I will be continuing my maintenance for these up coming seasons!"

"They were professional. They were here at the agreed upon time, and also kept me updated as to the approximate time of their arrival. I was pleased with the time it took for the installation of the unit, and also the manner in which the guys worked at getting the job done."
