"The job itself was professionally accomplished and I was always informed of progress and cost as he proceeded to do the job. My only concern is with the office that scheduled the job, as it was rescheduled twice before the plumber actually arrived. However, the office expressed their apologies to me personally, also in a professional way."

"Quick, honest, knowledgeable and efficient. I would strongly recommend this company to fix any plumbing issue. I’ve hired 2x’s and James came to help is a very stressful water leak situation. James actually helped clean up a flood that happened in my basement and gave me instructions on how not to get mold. I called him very late ay night and he came to help me and my son. I’m grateful for his professionalism and honesty in business. These days you cannot trust many people, but I trust him. If I have an issues, this is the company I will use for all my plumbing needs. "Total Mechanical Systems went the extra mile. In one week they fixed my water heater and the igniter on my furnace. They were prompt and did exactly what they said. Their service techs are knowledgeable, and when the tech who came to my house couldn't diagnose the problem, he called in a more seasoned tech. They both worked on it for some time but only charged me the $99 diagnostic fee. Well done!"

"Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday. I waited til Monday morning to start calling plumbers. I wanted a hot water heater with heat pump that would be eligible for a $750 rebate thru Energize CT. Fred was not familiar with the program, but made a few calls to gather info, called me to discuss and then ordered the unit which was delivered later that day. Unit was installed next morning. Fred was great to deal with, communicated with me throughout the process & did a fantastic job. I even asked for a quote to install a sink in my basement. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services."
