We called Simply PUR Water Filtration and it was the best decision we made. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and also gave us options in which they educated us and gave us all the information needed with equipment and pricing, as well as recommendations. They made it easy to understand, answered all of our questions as well as other systems we were confused with and recommended systems we needed along with a free water test. With 3 children playing sports it's awesome knowing that they are consuming super clean healthy water on a daily basis. They enjoy the taste and feel safer knowing that our whole house is treated as well. They also re-test my water after installation and give us courtesy calls for service which is much needed in my busy schedule. I highly recommend this company!!!"

"TLDR: This is a great plumbing company and Harris is my current go-to trustworthy plumber. I highly recommend you give HG a call for an estimate if you need plumbing work. I really loved all the work, and I'm rather difficult to please. My experience (over last few months in 2024): HG Plumbing installed our new hot SS water storage tank, a new toilet for a 1/2 bath, and a LG steam washer and dryer (GAS) in our new laundry room. Harris also added a new dryer exhaust vent to bring us up to code, which was quite tricky due to the how the old (incorrect) vent was run, and he came up with a great customized solution for us, which none of the other three plumbers I met with suggested. 10/10 on ALL the work. Harris and his team was on time, easy to communicate with (text/phone/email--he responds to everything!), PROFESSIONAL, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Plumbing on the North Shore feels very expensive and HG prices are actually reasonable for the area, especially considering the excellent quality of the services. Invoices are up front and clear and Harris is extremely knowledgable, personable and easy to talk to (answered all my questions and concerns--and had many). We discussed whole house water filtration and few other upgrades done the line, and Harris is an amazing resource on all things plumbing and local/code issues. For those with MCS or healthy home concerns: I have sensitivities to many home improvement odors/chemicals and Harris was very understanding and respectful of this. Even the caulk he used was low VOC and finished off gassing extremely quickly. Normally I take 3-4 estimates before committing for non-emergency/maintenance work, but from now on I'm just calling HG. Done right is everything in plumbing and much more cost effective in the long run."

"I am very happy that I hired Patience HVAC to replace my hot water heater. I have an oil burner and oil hot water heater. The 18 year old heater was making crackling noises and I was advised by the oil company to replace it. I wanted to convert to a gas hot water heater and tried going through Lowes. However, they only do swap outs if the existing heater is already set up for gas. So I contacted several companies for a quote. Out of all of them, Anthony was the most professional, down to earth and reasonably priced. First, he suggested to explore correcting the issue on the old heater and save me money which was impressive. I decided to proceed with a new gas heater. The quote he gave me was $800 less than the next lowest quote. Anthony sent his workers Caesar and Matt the next day which I greatly appreciated. They were both very polite and wore covers on their shoes so to avoid dirtying my house more than necessary. Anthony came later in the day to ensure everything was done correctly. He then offered to call him with any questions even if they were not pertinent to the work they performed. I am extremely impressed with patience HVAC honesty, professionalism and reasonable prices. I will be sure to recommend them to friends and family. When I am ready to install a ductless air conditioner, I will definitely contact Patience HVAC."

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"I have been living at my West Hempstead home for about 9 years now. I first saw Lamar Ramsey at our town library regarding water contamination and ways to improve your home drinking water in March 2016. After the meeting I took one of his cards. I called him that weekend and he came by to my house that Sunday. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the Water Filtration Systems he services and provides. He ran different water tests on my water lines. He explained about Good water and Bad water tests and what to look for and check from these various test. I learned a lot about what's in my drinking water. I did not feel pressured into purchasing any systems by Mr. Ramsey. I felt confident about buying a Water Filtration System after learning a lot of Key Points from Lamar. l had to buy one but I did not have the money then at that time. The Aqua Right systems were like a buying a Mercedes or BMW they sale them selves. I kept Mr. Ramsey's number. I gave him a call around April of this year (2020) to setup appointment to have a Full Water System with Reverse Osmosis as well. Man I am very happy that I made this decision. I don't have to buy any more bottled water while at BJ's. When taking showers you can tell the difference because you skin feels softer by not having water contaminants or other impurities, what a difference. I have had my Water Filtration System going on 7 months now. I have not had any problems. You don't even know that it is down stairs at all, its Very Quiet.
