"Furnace went out in middle of the night. Primary reason I called TR Miller was pricing - over the summer a friend of mine had mentioned that she and another neighbor had their A/C and/or furnace replaced and that TR Miller's pricing was better than others.
I called TR Miller at 8am and had technician here by 11.  Larry was friendly and professional. He said I needed  a new ignitor and I asked him to clean the furnace as well - he appeared to do a very thorough job of cleaning the furnace.  He never tried to push buying a new furnace despite the age of my current one.
