"Once chuck arrived he ran a drain machine to open up my clogged sewer, opened it up pretty quickly and pulled back roots. He recommended a camera and I accepted for his other technician to come to my home to view my sewer, once viewed a 10ft section was coming apart that's where the roots were getting in at. After 4 quotes of getting the repair dug up and replaced they were not only the cheapest but they cleaned up the yard very nice and they took there time with being sure I was happy with the work when they were finished. They re ran the camera to show me their repair from the inside and no water was standing in the pipe which is a good sign. They will have my business for everything involving plumbing and I will know there is no reason to get other quotes by how awesome they were."

"<p>The installation went extremely efficiently, and smoothly.<strong> The two installers were excellent in all regards</strong>. They were courteous, pleasant, very knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation quality was excellent. They moved whatever was needed for the installation, and cleaned up thoroughly after completion. They improved the original installation considerably, including relocating a new outside electrical disconnect box further away from the gas meter and condenser (to fully comply with code). They replaced the A/C 50 amp circuit breaker, with a new 40 amp breaker to not exceed the maximum rating for the more efficient unit. All new copper tubing was installed for the R410A charged A/C.</p> <p>The two installers arrived promptly on time before 8AM on both the scheduled dates. They both worked continuously without taking any breaks or lunch. They completed the air conditioner replacement and furnace installation the first day, and the gas furnace inlet and flue piping the second day. The air conditioner was functional the first day, and the furnace was started and functionally tested. </p> <p>The price was very good. It was within $25 of another reputable vendor's quote, but with upgraded equipment. The other vendor quoted a Trane XB13 A/C, and an 80% efficient furnace (with existing metal flue), while my installed equipment is a Trane XB16 A/C, with a 92% efficient furnace.</p> <br />"

They check the whole system. The outside air conditioning unit is checked for the accumulation of crud. They open it up and managed to remove all of the crud like dirt and leaves and that sort of thing which optimizes the outside air conditioning unit. Air duct cleaning. The filters were changed for the whole season. We have compared enough that the quality and price are high. It is avery good business with very professionally trained technicians for the heating and air conditioning as a whole. We have installed by them a non water gas water heater system that is a smaller unit. It has a device to speed up the hot water to get to where you are. It has worked very well to get away from the water tank for hot water heating."
