"I have been very reluctant to do a review. They're very nice and polite but quite frankly, it's just my intuitive sense I felt like I was being taken for a ride, like they were prescribing something that was probably unnecessary. I've had work before where people tell me I need thousands of dollars to work when all it really needed was a tiny little fix up. I asked them to clean up my chimney and they told me I needed $7,500 relining job, I become apprehensive. They did everything they were supposed to do. They were polite and took pictures on the inside of my chimney. He cautioned me not to use the fireplace. All well and good but the recommendation for a relining that sort of made me run away fast. I thought were careful and did everything well until the $7,500 repair was recommended. I need a second opinion. It does not make sense."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
