"Matt Heidenreich is quite possibly the most responsive, responsible and talented service provider of any kind with whom I have ever worked. He was exceptionally thoughtful in his approach to my project, one for which I had very specific and very high expectations.  I wanted my bookshelves to look as if they had always been in my house, even though they would be brand new, and this took a lot of deep thinking and careful planning on Matt's part.  From the get-go, Matt was both excited by and engaged with this project and took my desires and thoughts to heart. He specially designed steel beam reinforcements to the shelves themselves because I wanted them to be built in a certain way and he worried that they might bow due to the weight of the books. He also designed custom crown molding that would help obscure the fact that the room is incredibly uneven (being that the house is over a hundred years old). Finally, he painstakingly peeled original baseboard woodwork from the walls and then reapplied it to the front of the bookshelves and made it look as if it had always been that way. From start to finish, Matt was the consummate professional, and as a finish carpenter, he is absolutely first rate.  He clearly takes great pride in his work, wants to do right by his customers, and is, without doubt, an artisan at heart.  I give him my most enthusiastic endorsement.  If you want a carpenter who will treat your home as if it is his own, Matt is your guy! <br />"

"The project was large and went well. Brian's piece was just part of a larger project, and I never had to worry about his piece of it. I would say the the finish carpentry (like creating the custom radiator covers and doing any kind of woodwork installation) are his strong suit because he really is an artisan. He does the drywall and demolition and other parts of the job and he does it well, but he is really an outstanding woodworker. He is at your doorstep when he says he is going to be there and is completely honest and reliable. He is a meticulous recordkeeper so you know exactly what he is charging you for (he provides a detailed invoice without you having to ask). The quality of his work is outstanding (can't emphasize this enough) and he is a consumate professional. He is also a really nice guy and has a good sense of humor too. I gave him an A on price, but he is not the cheapest person you will find to do this work. I gave him an A because you get outstanding quality for the price you pay. If you want B quality, I'm sure you can find someone with a lower price."

"We were looking for a playset for our children so I called and talked to them. They explained their product and how it was made and put together. They explained our options. They sent a catalog and I looked online and picked out what I wanted. They had someone come out to our house to measure and they were very specific about where it would go and how much room we needed to have around it. We had to have the ground leveled out and they checked in with us from time to time to see if we had the landscaping done. They came just a few days after it was ready for them to install. It is probably 20 feet long and it has a playhouse, deck and two slides and swings. They had 3 people come out to put it up and it took about 2 hours. It looks really nice and we received a follow-up call from the people at the store. They did a great job and we love it."
