"Great! Jeff was polite while carefully explaining the process of replacing the hot water heater. He also recommended installing a water pressure regulator which most likely would have prevented the previous water heater from failing. Price was reasonable and response time was quick."

"This was an awesome experience. I added a request to the site and within 20 minutes Paradigm contacted me. They came out for a free estimate. Their price was within range for the services. The communication, professionalism and services were incomparable. Highly recommended!!!! My water heater was installed bright and early the next day!!"

"Was extremely happy with the service. The gentlemen who came to install a new water heater and remove the old one were fast, efficient, friendly ... Would definitely use Springfield again for plumbing services. Thank you!"

"On the price, I don't, but it was also reasonable. They had also installed a water heater like a year before, reasonable. For sure they're a good service provider, any issues I have with the HVAC or my water system, I'll go to them. They clean up behind themselves; I don't have to do much."

"I had Dave here to repair my garbage disposal today and had him repair my central air a couple years ago. He's definitely a trustworthy and honest man who is very knowledgeable and affordable. I will use his services again and would recommend him to everyone. You won't be disappointed."

"Crew members Trong Chau, Tan Pham did an excellent job for the installation - prompt, professional, and thorough. Staff Dante Zappala professionally measured and sized the system. Unique Indoor Comfort staff were very slow in providing warranty papers for the extended warranty of the Rheem Water Heater - it took a month to get the proper sticker to validate the warranty - and made it seem like a problem. We hope that they respect the warranties for the A/C and Furnace through Carrier."

"I had a leak in a water pipe in the mother-in law apartment. Tried to fix it myself to no avail. I called and left a message around 10pm. Mike called me back at 7am and told me that they could come out sometime 10 to noon. Shawn and his assistant did a great job at a good price! I will be using Gallagher's for all of my plumbing going forward. Thank you Mike"

"Servicemen arrived on time showed respect for for my house by wearing special booties which was appreciated. Did exactly what I wanted in a very professional way I was well pleased and would use the service again"

"The workmanship was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Wouldn't even know they were here. Billy did an excellent job with the removal and instillation of a new hot water heater. Brought the instillation up to code by adding a drip pan and expansion tank. I have them coming back to replace valves for washing machine and installing shutoff valves."

"Very happy with the service I received."
