"The job that was performed went exceptionally well. I didn't have a pick-up truck to retrieve the water heater from a local store, he went over to the store and picked it up for me. He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. "Bottom line is it took 3 service calls to get the job done properly.  The first tech did not know what he was doing.  The new fan motor was wired incorrectly and it stopped working in less than a day.  The second call produced similar results.  When I called for a third time they told me that the tech had turned in his tools and quit.  Kudos for honesty.  They did find a supervisor who had to drive over an hour but still arrived by mid-day.  This guy knew what he was doing, admitted that the wiring was done incorrectly, and made everything right.  I could have done without the added wear and tear on the compressor from a bad fan motor.  In they end they owned up to their mistakes and made it right (with no extra charge of course).  I would use them again."

Because of the time constraint of another appointment, one of the workmen had to come back the next day to complete some issues of the job, which he did without additional charge.
