"In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"

"Bob was fantastic and helped us completely transform our kitchen and first-floor living area. What started as a kitchen project expanded to include new flooring throughout the downstairs, updated plaster ceilings, and additional recessed lighting — all of which were handled seamlessly. His pricing was very fair, and his communication throughout the process was excellent. "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"Outstandingly well. Cannot recommend Reeds Ferry highly enough. Incredibly well constructed, very solid gazebo. Excellent customer service throughout. We used our gazebo as a 3 season room; ate dinner there almost every night during bug season and all summer. The ceiling fan kept us cool even on the hottest days. Our kids, home during Covid, used it as a conference room. We even entertained in it - large enough for socially distant dinners. It really enhanced our summer."
