"The service tech Jason Saunders was awesome. Very polite and respectful. Explained everything that needed to be done and how much it would be before doing work. Thank you Jason."

"Amazing family owned company. Helped us with replacing our ageing HVAC system. We had quotes from 5 different companies and they were an easy choice. Kris(the owner) took his time evaluating our existing system and making sure we were properly informed and educated about the options, made suggestions for things that we could address on our own and caught a number of things that all the other contractors had missed. If you're in the market for a new HVAC system, needing repairs, or just want to see what improvements could be made to your existing setup I 100% recommend giving them a call!"

"Customer service is great! Very dependable."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"Our AC failed during a heat wave. Called several other companies who wanted us to wait several Days for service. Alliance responded that same day. The tech diagnosed and completed the repair in a friendly, efficient manner"

"They did a great job and super fast! I called in the morning and they were at my house within only a couple of hours. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable and left everything looking better than when he arrived. The fireplace works great and he left me information for a maintenance plan for my heating and A/C units, as well. I would definitely hire them again!"

"The appointment today was to perform a generator repair. American Mechanical was able to fit us in while on the premises to perform the annual maintenance so we did not have to schedule a separate follow-up time. Repair technical was courteous and efficient. Great service."
