"I have HomeServe insurance for Hot Water Heater. They chose Bowers Plumbing. I was impressed from the first call. A friendly lady that set the appointment asked me a lot of details about the problem and decided a Master Plumber was the best choice. I was sent a picture and a brief info about the man coming to do the job before he came. Gary Gates was older, great work ethic, experienced, and had EVERYTHING on his truck to repair or replace my hot water tank. Being in a rural area, that was a new one for me. Usually service people have to go back to town for parts. He spoke directly to HomeServe on the phone; got them to understand a repair would still require a replacement very soon and be a waste of money, so they agreed to the replacement; I agreed to pay the cost of the upgrades I needed to be to code and he installed the new water heater. It was a very seamless job, and done very clean and neat, with good information all along the way about what I needed to do to take good care of it too. I will definitely recommend this company and this plumber."

"I got three bids for my sewer line replacement it was collapsed this company came in with a competitive price also I felt very comfortable dealing with them on a project this big because they took time to talk with me and answer all my questions Even though they came over for free to do a free estimate the guy who came did not seem like he was in a hurry just give me a price and get out of there overall they did a great job gave me a good warranty on my sewer line and I was very pleased and impressed with the customer service skills workmanship and communication I highly recommend."

I was given the cost of the replacement part. AR Plumbing's price was acceptable and fair. I strongly recommend AR Plumbing. They did high-quality work. Their price was reasonable. "The issue was pilot light would not stay on in the water heater. Not an emergency. Called 2 other plumbers besides Benjamin Franklin. Benjamin Franklin said they had a plumber in my area who could be out to me in 15 minutes. They were right on the money. Within 15 minutes of arrival, he had diagnosed the problem and said he could fix it in no time. Josh the plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly I felt he was being honest. My Thermocouple was out and within an hour he had it fixed. The only downside was pricing. The job cost $197. After consulting with another plumber I got a quote of $150. Despite this My overall experience was great and I would use them again!"
