"Contacted Baker Roofing by phone to schedule a visit for an insurance paid re-roof. Salesman, David Frawley, responded promptly. He met with us, provided a detailed scope of work based on the insurance information that we had previously provided to him. We set up a tentative time frame for the start of the work. Due to weather, we had a few restarts but the Project Manager, Mark Chasse, was on top of it and kept us up-to-date and stayed in touch. He called to discuss where the shingles, the dumpster, and the work trailer could be staged during the time they would be at out house. Mark was on the job for most of the install.The installers worked hard and were focused. No nonsense or fooling around with this team. We had bushes and expenses trees, propane tanks and 3 large A/C units around the perimeter of the house. Baker made sure that nothing was damaged. They walked the perimeter with a giant magnet for nails, picked up trash and left at dusk. I requested they return the next day in the daylight to pick up some remaining trash and nails, which they willingly did. The gutter installer was scheduled by Baker and he returned on Monday to complete the job with the gutters. They did a beautiful job. We were very happy from the beginning contacts with David  all the way to the end with Mark Chasse. Great Company, stands by their work. Granted, this was an insurance job, but we interviewed several roofers. This company hand nails your roof. Even the employees tout how happy they are working at Baker.  We would wholeheartedly recommend Baker Roofing to others. It was important to us to have a local roofer in case of any issues or concerns and Baker came highly recommended. We are so very glad we chose them. Let me also say that everyone that I spoke with on the phone whose names I can't recall were all very nice. Customer Service was A+. "Company called to confirm appointment. The service man arrived on time in a large van full of equiptment and parts. He listened to my description of the problem (garage door will not close when prompted and will open by itself). He tested the equiptment and diagnosed the issue. He retrieved the parts from his van and completed fixing the garage door opener within 30 mins. Serviceman was prompt, courteous, and professional. <br />"

"We ended up interviewing 8 siding companies and narrowed our choices to DH Construction and another company. Since my husband and I had differing opinions on who we needed to hire we invited the final two back out for a final discussion. After hearing the two proposals again, my husband and I felt like DH Construction was not going to rush through, would remove all the wood rot (others wanted to cover-up the rot on the fascia boards), and give us the quality workmanship that we both wanted. His team was very quick to respond to any concerns that we had and when we asked Brian to come out and discuss one of the repairs he was at our house at 7 am the next day so we could discuss it. He was quick to return any phone calls and always wanted to make sure as a customer we were satisfied with the outcome. His team was very flexible and completed additional work that we added on to the original quote such as replacing our soffits, covering our vented gables (due to a new vented roof), and painting our shed. All which he quickly agreed to complete without any hesitation. All of his crews that came to the house to work were fantastic, they are experts at their job and worked hard the whole time they were here.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> We have had several complements on the house since it was complete and my husband keeps stating that house is more structurally sound today than it was 17 years ago when he bought it.  <br /> <br /> We are more than happy with the quality and service that DH Construction provided. The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. To correct the problem we hired someone else to correct the job. <br />"
