"I hired them to replace 2 toilets. Matthew came in to evaluate the job, and provided a free quote. Once I accepted the quote, they scheduled the service the very next day. Again Matthew was sent out to complete the job. He was professional and knowledgeable and got the work done in a timely manner. He left the site neat and clean. I will highly recommend them. "

"The person itself that I met was very nice, very polite. He knew its job. But my main problem is, it took you 15 minutes to change out my back water faucet and you charge me $482, which is too high. I will never use you again. I feel like I was ripped off."

"I had them come out to fix a leak from my water heater. They charged me over $400 and I still had the same problem. They came back and said they would have to replace a different part and it would cost over $1,000. I asked if I would any credit from the previous repair which the part did not need to be replaced. They said no but if I bought their annual service plan I would get a discount. I found another plumber that fixed the problem for $150. They are not very knowledgeable, or reliable to fix the problem. Will never use them again. "
