"Jonathan came out initially to install a smart thermostat for us. The previous owner didn't maintain/repair the dual zone system or whole home humidifier. They also left us with a rats nest of HVAC wires. After talking our options over he installed new dampers, a new humidifier, and installed and configured the two smart thermostats. When we had an issue with a fan running constantly, Jonathan was quick and helpful to point me in the right direction to resolve it without a service call. Besides getting the bathroom done he also did some structural work for us including reframing slanted bedroom flooring, then laying new sub flooring and after that new engineered wood floors. He installed all new doors and moldings. Work did take longer then expected but it was partially our fault because we were slow at picking and ordering the supplies. i would use him for other projects without reservations."

"Not well as it should have, either with their organization or with the installations. Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence."
