"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. He was clean, courteous, and thorough in his evaluation and in his explanation to me about what happened. He also showed me how I can clear the pipe myself should it back up again to save me the cost of another house visit.
