More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. "I hired Ace Repair Plumbing to replace my old failed water heater. I initially talked to Toni at the office and she was pleasant and professional. The office immediately scheduled a plumber to come out to my home. My plumber Doug checked out the water heater, gave me a quote, then started the replacement job. When Doug finished the job he thoroughly explained how the new water heat works and how the new plumbing system works. Doug was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this company again for any plumbing issues I might have in the future."

"We had an appointment for 3:00pm.  It rained that morning.  Stuart called me around 11am to let me know he was running about an hour behind due to the rain.  He asked if that was ok or if we would need to reschedule.  I was fine with the time change and Stuart was punctual at 4:00pm.  I really appreciated the advance notice.  Most companies would call you at 3pm and tell you they were running late.  I found this very respectable.  Stuart looked over the AC and measured the voltage on my request.  He didn't try to up sell me on anything.  I find that they always say you need something else...even if you don't.  I got to talking with Stuart about my concerns on the coolness of my house.  He volunteered to take a look in my attic to determine the thickness of my insulation.  I have known that it was not up to snuff.  Stuart sent me a reasonable quote that evening for additional insulation.  I was very please with the service and would definitely recommend Stuart Hvac to my friends and neighbors!

"They did a great job! It went faster than I expected. I asked one of the guys if he had time, would he check a leak under my kitchen sink. He was very thorough. It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! He even gave me some much needed advice to help prevent further leaks from the faucet area. I really appreciated the extra mile! I am very pleased with Lone Star Water Services and would gladly recommend them to others."
