They assessed situation and recommended a Rinnai waterless tank which I preferred. Crew returned with all equipment and completed the job within four hours. I highly recommend Airstream professionals for this type of work. The cost seems expensive; but when you see all the expertise needed for this installation (electrical, plumbing, gas line work, etc.), it's very important to have knowledgeable, skilled installers. When Airstream crew left, everything was clean and neat. I hope to live in this home for at least ten years, and not worrying about a water tank leaking and damaging the home brings peace of mind. And this water heater should last much longer than a regular water heater."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
