"It went very well. The process leading up to the installation was informed and stress free. The estimate was done in November and it ended up being less cost wise than two other companies we solicited during the previous summer. This company was the only one that assured us they could install a high efficiency model despite the structure of the roofline. (The house was originally a flat roofed rambler and had a second floor added on top of the old roof). They also were the only ones who agreed that we could install a wireless sensor in a place we chose with no problems.  The crew was punctual and conscientious about placing tarps down to minimize dirt on carpeting, etc...  Clean up was also thorough. They started at 8:30 am and were finished by 2 pm. We were initially concerned about the noise of the furnace because we do not have a basement and the utility room is close to our bedroom. We were invited to go to the company owner's house to listen to his furnace which is the same model we were looking to install. That was a nice gesture that gave us confidence that we were getting a model we could live with. The ground was too frozen to install and level the air conditioner so they will come back in the spring to finish that but so far we are very happy with our purchase.

"My Pro Service Pro was here when promised, completed the job in the estimated time frame (one hour). He was very professional & I had a good gut feeling about him. After discussing the job at hand I had full trust in his workmanship. I've had several plumbers

"The handyman showed up on time and quickly removed the fan and installed the fan. He explained that a part needed to be purchased for the garage door opener. While he was willing to order and install it, he said it would be cheaper for me to do it myself. He gave me the part number and showed how to install it. "Service person Joe did great work. He is confident, interested in the work, understands what he's doing, and is able to explain what he's doing. He took the time to let me know just how to think about the unit even though. I couldn't ask for more. If you want to gain some confidence in your central air unit, I would guess that "rejuvenation" is the package to go with."
