"Had no mold --but appreciated Grant's honesty -- very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. In the future would use if I have need of the other services."

"I hired Tri State Flood to help us with our water damage emergency, crews came fast, the office followed up with me to make sure we were all set. Very professional, reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Tri State Flood!"

"Pride did a great job for us. They came when they said they would. They were very good with communication and very hard working. We quickly got our bid and they were able to start our work the next day. The crew dealt with the water in our basement and removed the ruined carpeting and drywall, moving and treating with mold spray all of our items. They finished that work all in one very long day. We had fans drying things in our basement for the next 5 days and someone from Pride came very day to check the equipment and they progress and also to spray again to prevent mold. We would highly recommend this company."

"Scott Ross and his team did an excellent job removing the unexpected amount of water and mud in my crawl space, encapsulation, and then installing the sump pump, dehumidifier and other necessary equipment. The mold treatment and duct cleaning also were done well. Overall, a very fine job."

"An Advantaclean rep came to our house less than 3 hours after we called about our flooded basement (finished) to examine the extent of the damage. He was then able to get his team to our home just a couple hours after that so the water could be removed before furniture was damaged. They carefully moved all our stuff, removed the water, and placed large fans and dehumidifiers everywhere. I definitely recommend using them if you have flooding issues."
