"Matthew called when he was 10 minutes away to confirm our appointment and let me know he was on his way. I had been remodeling my kitchen and had a new farmers sink installed. I finally got the countertops in and needed the sink hooked up. Matthew arrived and checked out the situation and existing pipes etc. He advised that the elbows in the pipes, while good at this time, were going to need replacing not too far into the future. He provided a price for those along with his installation fee and the fee for hooking up without replacement. I decided to just replace now, saving another trip later on. Matthew gave a full explanation of what he was doing and why, hooked up the sink and took time to test it out with running hot water etc to make sure there were no leaks or issues. He cleaned up thoroughly leaving everything in pristine condition, before leaving. I have used Trident in the past and will continue to call on them for all my plumbing needs."

It turned out to be a complicated replacement due to the previous bad installation. The space was tight so they needed to retrieve a different HWT than they had in their truck & I'm extremely happy with it. Dustin also custom reconstructed all the venting to the furnace & sealed it properly as well as created attachments to the wall which it previously didn't have. All in all, this was not just a standard replacement & took much longer than expected but Dustin & co-worker handled it efficiently & with skill. They really care that it is all done right. "After speaking with me, Tracy realized I was very upset about the situation, and had Rick call me to better understand my concerns and the facts of the situation.  I told him what had been done by the other company, and the information they gave me about the results of their inspection.   <br> <br>Rick treated my concerns with great empathy and concern, and told me that in his experience the situation probably was not as dire as I thought.  He said he would have two of his folks come out the next morning to re-do the inspection and determine if a replacement was required.  Just speaking with him over the phone calmed my fears, and gave me the feeling that everything would turn out alright.  It was like talking with your big brother who you could always count on to take care of a difficult situation you found yourself in.   <br> <br>It turned out the owner of the original company was at my house an hour after a call I made to them before contacting Aces Four.  They re-did the inspection and found, as Rick had surmised....that the line was fine, the dip in the line was minor, and they saw no issues that would require the line to be replaced.   <br> <br>I will rely on Aces Four for my future plumbing, sewer, and water line needs from now on.  I thank Tracy and Rick for their concern and quick response to my situation.  They clearly care about their customers, and will do their utmost to provide outstanding services to anyone who calls them for help."
