"I called Mr Parham and he responded very promptly. When he arrived he was very professional. He gave me a very reasonable estimate on the cost to have the compressor replaced. The parts were ordered and installed as promised. I have also used him to have the thermostat replaced in my refrigerator. My washer was leaking water, he also fixed that also. So the install was uneventful, your guy was an excellent ambassador of the things I've seen you write about here, and I've already talked G Force up to a peer at my office who will soon need a similar replacement.
