"Splendidly! He came out on a busy Saturday to view the job and was honest and open that he would not know what it might entail and cost until he got into it. He worked hard and got it fixed 3 days later in one sitting and much lower than planned. Gave me a few tips and offered to come back if needed. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"Very prompt, professional, and answered all my questions. Great communication from giving me an accurate price out of the gate, when service would be performed, and what to expect in the future. I will be hiring again should my a/c unit need serviced!"
