"I found Brothers Masonry through Angi (Thanks Angi!). Tim, Matt and Crew were excellent. Started with free quote. They were a couple months out and we set a date to rebuild Masonry walls (from a building fire), Rework Door Thresholds (to add a traditional garage door), and remove an old chimney. Matt even called the night before scheduled work was to commence to reconfirm. The team finished the job in 3.5 days and even patched a hole in my floor next to a door that wasn't in scope. Came in slightly under quote which helps the budget (we did not wind up needed as much replacement block). Great job guys, Thank you!"

"Our salesperson (Bill) was excellent. We were comfortable with his knowledge and his willingness to accommodate our different design ideas. The office manager (Renee) was terrific. She was very friendly to work with and always very responsive to our inquiries. We also enjoyed working with the job foreman (Greg). He was very communicative and we really felt like he treated the project as if it were his own house. Finally, the owner (James) was terrific to work with. Yes, he's the owner, and yes you expect him to eventually make sure that a quality product is delivered, but he did all of that and more. He really took ownership of everyone else's work and made sure we were happy with the end product. Plus, he's just a fun guy to work with!"

"I ordered all new windows from Mike Murnane upon returning home from deployment on June 17, 2024. Mike never ordered the windows. He stole a $5,000 down payment and strung me along for almost a year. Toward the end of November 2024, mike admitted the windows hadn’t been ordered but he was working on other jobs and would pay me back in a week. This continued for months. Filing a lawsuit. These guys are absolute crooks, do not trust them with anything. Update as of 04/22/2025 In regards to the review below, you guys are comical liars. Numerous calls were placed to your office in the early months. You guys sure knew mike then. You guys were able to get ahold of him a few times I couldn't. Your business has atlas exteriors listed as a DBA. All of this has been recorded, pictures saved, and the old "oh we don't know that employee" does not work when I have called your office for him and your secretaries get ahold of him for us. Months later you switched to suddenly not knowing a person using a listed DBA you have given business cards to? Same address? It'll get sorted in court unless money is returned."

"I would leave 10 starts if I could. Communication and updates were great from start to finish. NIKO and MANUEL are absolutely wonderful. They worked my porch and patio projects start to finish. Both are very precise in their workmanship and such a pleasure to work with. Parks Sr. and Shawn were on top of everything throughout. I could not have asked for a better team to work with. I will definitely use AIS Renovations in the future for any upcoming projects and I will Most Definitely request Niko and Manuel. Great company to work with. "DO NOT HIRE- Company uses unlicensed subs or at minimum won't have a licensed person overseeing your job at all, cuts corners, shingles over wood rot, does not follow installation guidelines for the products they use, will not answer or respond to calls or emails and will likely completely forget about your job after you pay. They will bill you and your insurance even after the job is finished and you have been final invoiced. As another reviewer said the invoices don't state the work that is done, only terms like "code items or Roof items" so its impossible to confirm they did what they said they would do. They will supplement your insurance to fix their own mistakes. When you bring it up they ignore you and drag their feet hoping you give up, or send "professionals" out to tell you their work is great. For me personally this led to over 7 thousand dollars in roof damage on a "brand new roof" as well as needing to replace windows and siding due to them dragging out patchwork repairs for almost 2 years. Almost $15,000 dollars later its a BIG NO FROM ME DAWG. Updated to add: Photos of unresolved damages from Universal Builders-this is AFTER they sent someone out 3 or 4 times to fix the wood rot! Then when I made a review on yelp the owner's wife tried to bury it calling it fake and making a fake review herself. How much more dishonest could a company be! Do yourself a favor and use literally anyone else. I can't tell you how much sleep I've lost over this, not worth the damage to my home and didn't get what was promised. These photos do not even begin to cover the amount of things this company initially shingled over. i could keep going but just do yourself a favor and do your research and pick a different company."
