"Tom, the owner, was very prompt in contacting us by e-mail. He explained that if we could wait the weekend, which also happened to be a Holiday weekend, we would save considerable on the price of the work. I called the following Monday and set a time up with Tom. Tom and his son arrived at our house, at the time he specified, asked a few questions then assessed what needed to be done and started to work right away. Apparently tree roots had found there way into the clay sewer pipe outside our home along with flush-able wipes wrapped around the tree roots. They purged our whole sewer line from both bathrooms, of both tree roots and wipes. It took about an hour to clean the pipe thoroughly. Both Tom and his son were very professional and informative as to what they were doing. I have dealt with many a professional in this kind of labor intensive work but this is the first time I have dealt with someone who was there to get the job done, was pleasant and informative, and did the job not only in a timely manner but was reasonable. We will use Tom Chapman and Son again when we re-do our main bathroom. (FYI: don't use flush-able wipes. They are not what they claim and clog more sewer drains than you would think.)"
