They had a woman working with them she was wonderful, I was impressed! They worked from 7-6pm! They cleaned up after did a Beautiful job. "He was very polite. He explained why he could not properly close in my replacement window. I emailed photos of the jobs to be done 4 or 5 days later and never received a response by phone or email but he did show up at the scheduled time and looked over the jobs I had for him. All were done in the time frame he estimated except for a carport roof repair which was more evolved than a quick fix. However he did check it out and gave me the list of supplies he would need and the cost to do it. I still have to have my window finished and feel if I was told before hand I could have had the materials on hand. He did explain he did the best he could with what he had to work with. It is much better than it was as it was pretty bad but I do need to have it totally weatherized. He did not take breaks and filled up the 4 hours that I paid for. The original planned day he showed up at the scheduled time after I sent an email the night before assuming he was not coming since he never responded to mail job list with photos. He assessed the jobs at that time and rescheduled for the following Friday. He called that day letting me know he was running 30 min late which was fine with me. I appreciated the call.
