"This company is complete garbage. everything that comes out of their mouth is lies. they are completely rude and very unprofessional. first they advertise as offering financing they hurry and get it installed before the 3rd party bank contacts you to let you know it's over 11 percent interest rate. so, you end up paying damn dear 3 times the price of the system. guarantee they do that on purpose. because i told them for that they could come get the system. they then told me restock fee was thousands. they really know how to get you. then they offer this Losey promotion for 5 years' worth of soaps and detergents which isn't worth a crap a small box of stuff. it is a complete joke. I would highly recommend stay away from this company. they offer lifetime warranty but ever service call is a major charge. you are better off buying a system that last 5 years for 2 to 3 thousand and just replace as needed. you will come out the same and not to have to deal with this scam company. "We scheduled an appointment to get our water filter fixed. They not only didnt show up or call on the day scheduled, but then didnt return our call after we left a message. They have the worst customer service!!"

"Was told the pipes would go under house and out of sight. However, the first installer put pipes and holes in wall running up to ceiling and across to hot water heater. Looked so tacky and I have cats and kids and this could easily be tampered with and create a catastrophe. I immediately called salesman, who was professional and immediately assisted with the situation. After a few phone calls, another installer came out and installed pipes under house and set it up. Made loud noises but then, he noticed a piece of the machine the first installer left off. Next day, the first installer brought the piece and placed it on machine. Then the issues of the holes in the walls and ceiling were addressed. It finally ended up with receiving $300 off so we could patch the holes and repaint the room. The installation was a stressful situation but it worked out and I am very, very happy with the product and can tell a difference in not only taste, but in dishes, clothes and cleaning."
