"Talk about Top Quality service! From the professionalism of Daniel, to the great job done by Humberto and Ernest. I couldn't have had a better experience in a bad situation. They replaced our steam boiler, and our water tank and did a wonderful job. We have a warm house again thanks to them! Humberto, Ernest, I take my hat off to you!"

"Installers arrived on time and everything went smoothly. Had to have them back a couple of times to balance out the rooms. Some were not cooling properly. After the third time they finally got it right. First technician was a younger guy who was not keen on going into the attic since it was hot up there. He didn't know what he was doing. Second guy the same. Third guy was an older tech that I made a comment about it being hot in the attic and his comment was that this was his job no matter the conditions. Very professional. Should have sent him the first time."

"I spoke to the company owner Lou Schede on Sunday and we scheduled one of his service technicians to meet me on Monday. I informed him I would like to receive at least one hour notification prior to the person arriving for the appointment. The next day I received a text from the service technician named Kelroy. He later called me an hour in advance of arriving for the service call as Lou had committed to do. Kelroy and his helper went on to diagnose and repair the furnace issue in timely manner. I appreciate, he was making efforts to repair the furnace on this first service visit rather than replace unneeded parts or require an additional (more costly) follow up service visit."

"5.0 star rating 12/31/2016. I had what I thought to be a simple drain clog in my daughter's bathtub so I called Bill to "snake" it out. I was disappointed when Bill told me that was not the issue and that more work would be required. In fact, he broke his snaking mechanism (did not charge me), so I knew the problem was significant. My house was custom built so when Bill told me the only place to access the pipes, to fully diagnose the problem, was in my kitchen under/behind my cabinetry, I nearly fainted. Here I was with a clogged drain and now we're taking down cabinets which would require both carpentry and electrical... in addition to plumbing expertise. Afraid of doing all this work and then realizing this wasn't the right path or that bigger problems lay ahead, I hesitated. I approached Bill with my concerns and asked that we put a "price ceiling" on the job. Bill was confident in his diagnosis and his ability to tackle all aspects of the job and so agreed to the price ceiling. He spent most of the day (happened to be election day) doing the work. Bill dealt with the cabinetry and electrical as though he was skilled/trained in both those areas (I watched him perform most of the work), rightly diagnosed both where the pipes were located and that something much more than hair/gook was the problem (in fact, the entire plunger mechanism had dislodged and sunk into the pipe!!) and replaced the pipe and plunger hardware. Bill was kind, courteous and transparent with all aspects of the job throughout the process. His price was fair and the job was done correctly. 2 months later I had a much easier/smaller job to do (replace the hot water "butler" under my sink) and I knew just who to call. To keep cost down, Bill was able to work with some of my existing hardware and just replace the part that was problematic. In the process he also noted another problem with my refrigerator ice/water maker and fixed that on the spot! In my business and in life I value the importance of a good relationship, where both parties benefit and both parties can be trusted. In this day and age, relationships that meet this criteria are hard to come by. Bill has proven that his business is relationship driven as well, that he values these same principles. He is reachable, responsive, transparent, trust worthy and highly skilled. If there is more to ask of a plumber, I'm not sure what it is. If you are looking for a band-aid solution at a lower price, Bill is not your man. If you want a comprehensive, lasting solution and are willing to pay a fair price, Bill Duncan is the guy.
