I informed him I would like to receive at least one hour notification prior to the person arriving for the appointment. The next day I received a text from the service technician named Kelroy. He later called me an hour in advance of arriving for the service call as Lou had committed to do. Kelroy and his helper went on to diagnose and repair the furnace issue in timely manner.
