We learned the home improvement industry isn’t about offering the best windows, siding and doors; it’s about the relationships we build with our customers.
"We were told we were getting insulated windows (Addison Plus) but got Addison Lite which is a lower grade of windows. Being a consumer we don't know the names of these windows & the windows we got are more drafty than what they took out. We've had service out several times & said everything is good just not insulated. When we contacted sales Lisa sent us a nasty response saying this is what you got & I will not be responding to any other emails or phone calls. I've called Corporate several times & no help, they just keep sending service out."
