"We sprung a leak between our bathroom shower pipe and the shower head, leaking water through the floor onto and through the kitchen ceiling.  We feared the worst, having to rip down the wall behind the shower in order to find the broken pipe.  After trying several other plumbing companies who either 1) didn't return our calls or 2) Took days to call back, Bucci called back the very next morning, came out, found the problem and was able to fix the pipe without having to enter the wall.  All in all, took about an hour and a half.  We were impressed with his response time and was overall very professional.  We even had him quote us for a water line that we needed run, because we would definiitely use him again.
