Bear is super professional and knowledgeable! He provided us with multiple options and helped us to make the right decision on what was best for our home. I would highly recommend this company and definitely use them again in the future for our home's plumbing or ac needs."

"The tech came out and spent a lot of time trouble shooting my HVAC issues. When the thermostat was determined to be the problem, he left a temp until Nest could mail me a replacement. After leaving a 4 star for quality I was called and harrassed why I didnt leave a 5 star review. I explained my reasoning, but the man on the phone wanted to argue and was obviously perturbed by the 4 star in that area. When I tried to get them to complete the work needed, he generated a quote that was 4x what I ended up paying from another company to avoid coming back out to the house. I didnt appreciate the way the phone calls were handled. The tech who came to the house was very polite, and explained everything to my wife so there was no misunderstandings."
