After the appointment, I was sent information on ordering the replacement part and how to set up a call to install the new pump. I would use Neli in the future for any appliance issue!"

"I hired Luviano Brothers to install a new microwave and this was the best decision I could have made to not attempt the project myself. As a regular do-it-yourself person, this job needed work beyond a replacement bracket or a plug. The Luviano Brothers went to work on the install, had to make adjustments for the granite slab and I was so impressed with their work and customer service, I also had them install a new oven and cooktop. The modifications that were needed were way beyond my ability. My appointment was in the later afternoon on a Friday. They stayed late to add on my extra request without making a second appointment and I couldnâ t be happier with the job they did! "They started out well. But last summer my AC broke and they seemed to have trouble fixing it. They put a replacement part and that part broke down right away and in the meantime I did not have the AC and I was a bit concerned about that. Their maintenance service was okay but when it came to fixing something there was a problem. Since then they have a new manager and he actually called me and was trying to get my business but by that time I was so frustrated, I had to sign somebody else up. I don't think I will be using them in the future."
