"In November my heater stopped working.  I called Huft and Nathan came out and got my very old system up and running. At that time he advised that I might consider getting a new one as I will continue to have problems.  It then went out again (a different problem this time), and today Nathan once again got it working, all within the diagnostic fee. But he did say that it could go out again any time without some major work done on it. He called the manufacturer to see if they still carry the parts I need, which they did, and then he gave me an estimate on the repairs.  I liked that he didn't' just advise me to get a new system but he also got me the pricing on repairing the old system so I could make a more educated decision. No pressure at all.
I am having them come back out this Saturday to give me an estimate on a new system so I can weigh my options.  
In the mean time I have heat again!
Their office staff are also very friendly and helpful.  When I called they were able to get me onto the schedule the same day.
