Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage. "Sunday morning I discovered there was a leak in the basement in my "main" house drainage system. I called one company and they said to keep a pail under the leak and call them back the next day. I decided I was not comfortable waiting another day since the water dripping out of the drain pipe smelled horrible, since this system carries ALL the waste from the house. Called A& E and they respond when the said they could, which was approximately and hour and a half. Curtis stated that he could patch the leak temporally, but the system would still need to be replaced, since the copper piping was deteriorating. He said he could stay and do it now if we chose. I chose NOW!!! Curtis was polite, friendly and a VERY HARD WORKER! He was here for approximately 5 hours and replaced the entire drain system in my basement. This young man stopped only to run to the store and purchase needed materials and only took a much needed 10 minute break the entire time!"
