"We had an issue with our gas water heater and needed to replace it. After submitting the job information to HomeAdvisor and reading his reviews, I gave James a call. I am glad I did because he was courteous, prompt, and I felt this pricing was very reasonable. James was very nice and explained everything he would be doing throughout the entire process; he even followed up with a call to check in. If you are looking for a genuinely nice person that will do great work, give James a call - If I ever need more work done, I know I will."
