"Art called us immediately and scheduled an appt the same day. He worked on our issue (clogged drain) for over an hour and only charged us for one hour, plus a small part (less than $2). He was very professional, friendly, and exceedingly fair in his billing. We would highly recommend him, we will defintely use him for our next plumbing issue (he also does heating, so will be using him for that if ever needed)."

"Jim came sooner then expected. Look at the fithy drain and gave a reasonable estimate. Stating if he didn't have it finished in about an hour then he would have to come back and do more extensive work.
My drain was clogged with debris from recent construction and pack in the very well. Jim started and was done before I had time to question it.
He made sure the drain was working and the were no debris holing anything up.He clean my mess and his mess, very tidy.
Jim came in was very professional and polite. He talk in a manner that I understood and not professional jargon. Very tidy in appearce and work.

"Overall, they did a decent work, but there were definitely flaws in the job. Installation of the Pella door was good. I had to add quite a bit of insulation around it to assure minimal air leakage. The deck was well built. However, when John left for a while we found one of his workers trying to hammer a screw into place. That indicates pretty much "warm body" hiring in my view.
The lawn edging surrounding the deck was poorly installed, with a seam right at a 90-degree corner; it has come apart and I'll have to replace it. Inside the edging, we wanted rock. When he came up short with quantity he supplien, he "borrowed" rock that we had paid for from another area of landscaping, leaving that area shorted.
Most problematic, there is a drain from the roof that runs under the deck which carries the majority of our roof's water. John's suggestion--and I kick myself for accepting it--was to dig a 3' pit (barely), line it with ground-cloth, fill it with larger rock, and dump the drain into it. In this clay, that pit acts as a rather small barrel,. In anything but the lightest rain, the pit overflows. Because the lawn is nearly level, some of it comes back against the foundation and has caused a moisture problem in my basement.
What was needed, I now realize, was a "french drain" to carry the water much further away, and to an above-grade exit. John's "shortcut" solution was totally insufficient, which I think as a professional he should have realized. I am now looking for a contractor to rework the drainage issue. It will be more expensive, now that the deck is in place, but I have to do it to stop the moisture problem.

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."

"In my line of work sometimes I run into thing that need to be fixed on homes before a person can refinance or purchase the home. My customer was refinance an rental property but the roof was bad and it had to be fixed before he could refinance. The customer didn't have the money to fix the roof and was going to pull the money out on the refinance. I called Steve at Denali Roofing and he said that he could fix the roof and he could get a check for it after closing. He met with my customer and gave him a bid and my customer also got a bid from another roofer. Denali roofing came in 2,000.00 lower then the other company and of course my customer went with Denali roofing. I was able to close the loan on this and my customer was so happy with the work that Denali Roofing did he said that he would continue to use them. Thanks to Steve and Denali Roofing for making me look good with my customer. I will refer Denali Roofing to everyone that I know.
