Roof Coating & Sealing Contractors in Groves, TX

"I contacted Dutchmark to provide a roofing estimate and the owner met me within 30 minutes then went above and beyond by looking over the entire house and providing an inspection report for interior and exterior deficiencies in addition to the estimate. I received the documents within a day so I could provide them to my agent and quickly finalize the pricing and closing date for a house which we needed to be able to move in as soon as possible. Without his help, the closing date would have been set much later. He has been great about working with us on pricing and job time to completion given the sellers lack of similar consideration given the horrible roof condition not disclosed initially."

About us: "Heat Shield Roof Coatings LLC restores commercial metal roofs across South Texas — coating and repair as a smarter alternative to tear-off and replacement. We are Conklin-trained commercial applicators. Owner Malcolm Kruger completed Conklin’s Introduction to Conklin Commercial Roofing Coatings (March 2026). Our crew installs Conklin roofing systems for warehouses, churches, plants, and other commercial buildings — not residential. Every job starts with a site inspection: photos, wet/open areas mapped, and a written restore-vs-replace recommendation so you know whether coating can protect and extend the roof you already have. RESTORE. PROTECT. EXTEND. Serving the Rio Grande Valley, Corpus Christi, and commercial sites across South Texas. (956) 450-8450 · heatshieldroofcoatings.com"
